Avoid packing raw food, such as sashimi and salad.
Fully heat the packed food before eating.
Store packed food in the refrigerator as soon as possible. Do not let the food stay in room temperature for too long. Finish the food as soon as possible.
Remember: “first in, first out”. Eat what is packed first.
